Eligibility for Returns: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@part-maker.com with your order number and reason for return.
Inspection and Processing: After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline: The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement after we process it.
Non-Eligible Returns: If the product is damaged in any way due to misuse, or if you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at support@part-maker.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
In no event shall Part-maker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
